Refund Policy

Damaged goods

We apologise in advance for any items received damaged or defective. Please email us at store@100-percent.co.uk with your order number, a description of the issue and a photo of any damage. We will reply with instructions on making your return. Replacement items will be sent to you once your return has been received and inspected. It is the customers responsibility and cost to return items. We will refund your postage once your items have been received and inspected.

 

UK Returns

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including shrink-wrap (if applicable). 

Returns are free of charge if you wish to exchange an item or receive store credit. If you decide you do not want either an exchange or store credit and request a refund this will include a £1.85 refund fee on orders under £16 and £2.40 on orders over £16 (this is what credit card fees costs us); the refund can only be made to the method of payment on the original transaction.

Our refund policy applies to all pre order items as the credit card transaction has occurred. 

Downloadable products are non-returnable. 

 

Non-UK Returns

All international customers are responsible for the costs in sending items back to us.

We do not offer exchanges to international customers. If you wish to change an item, you will have to return the item(s) back to us for a refund and place a new order.

Pre order purchases can be cancelled if items have not been shipped. You will receive store credit for the total order price. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

Exchanges/Returns (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at store@100-percent.co.uk and we will provide an address for you to send your item to.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
